What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns of used products due to safety and sanitary precautions. Every customer receives brand-new and unused products.
Are refunds allowed?
If your item has not yet shipped, you may cancel by emailing us your reason for cancellation and order number. If your order has already shipped, ALL sales are final, as we are unable to accept returns on our products.
When will I get my order?
Allow 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped. This does not include weekends and holidays. Orders range from hundreds to thousands a day. Thanks for your patience.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What if I submitted the incorrect shipping information with my order?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. auraavo. is not liable for the consequences of such mistakes. Shipping fees are non-refundable in this situation. You are responsible for paying for shipping again should you want the product resent.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
