At AfroGro, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees determined by your country’s customs office.
Customers are fully responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges associated with international orders. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or customs clearance.
AfroGro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
AfroGro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately at info@auraavo.co before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, AfroGro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our hair oil products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
